My only complaint about this place is that sometimes when i order a regular chicken fried rice you can sometimes find little pork bits inside it. I don’t eat pork so i usually just pick it out and throw it away but i see how it can be a problem for people with a different religion or for people who just don’t eat pig in general.

Golden House always serves good food. A lot of restaurants use subpar, frozen ingredients whereas Golden House uses fresh produce and to-order sauces. Their vegetarian dishes use generous amounts of tofu, not just skins, and their hot and sour soup is the best. The homemade dumplings are also excellent, whether you get the vegetable or meat-based version. And Golden House’s dumpling sauce is very delicious, too. Also, the owners are very nice and honest people. I left something at the restaurant and didn’t realize it, and they held onto it for me for over a month to make sure I got it back next time I stopped in. I have been going to Golden House for over twenty years, and they remain one of my favorite restaurants in the area to this day.

We absolutely love love love their crab. Rangoon and boneless spare ribs., and now we love love their sliced chicken.I asked, what would you order to be your favorite item on the menu to the woman that answered the phone and she told me sliced chicken C13, and I am not kidding. It is my absolute absolute, absolute favorite now. All kinds of mixed vegetables are in there. And it's got great flavor and a little spicy and you could probably ask for it not to be as spicy but I love it!!!

I ordered 2 vegetable egg rolls and 2 pork egg rolls for lunch. I specifically chose this restaurant because I’ve had their vegetable egg rolls before and liked them, even though another place closer to my work would have been more convenient. When I got back to work, I realized the “vegetable egg rolls” I received were actually spring rolls. The wrapper was completely different from the pork egg rolls and from the vegetable egg rolls I’ve had there in the past. Since I was confused, I called to ask if they still made vegetable egg rolls. The employee asked if there were vegetables inside, and I explained that yes, but I was expecting an actual egg roll wrapper, not a spring roll wrapper. He told me to come back in. I walked back during my lunch break only to be told again that what I received was a vegetable egg roll. I even pulled out the pork egg roll and pointed out the obvious difference in the wrappers, but he kept insisting they were the same thing. At that point I left because I didn’t have time to argue on my lunch break. I called again afterward to ask what the difference was between the “vegetable egg roll” and the “spring roll” listed separately on the menu. The expl

I ordered almost $35 worth of food using doordash. The PuPu platter was all wrong. It was missing a bunch of items which they replaced with sweet n sour pieces. I ordered a root beer and they gave me a pepsi. The sesame chicken was sweet instead spicy and the rice was dry. The 5th picture I have no idea what it is. I didn't even order it. The white rice that came with the S&S Chicken was just a small scoop. Everywhere else its normally half pint. I gave it two stars just because I was able to eat some of it and my dog ate the rest.
